Cancellation Policy

At ReliefHands, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how you can cancel your order and what to expect.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation.

How to Cancel

        Email us immediately at support@reliefhands.in

        Include your Order Number in the subject line

        Mention "Order Cancellation Request" clearly

        We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours

Cancellation Fee

No cancellation fee. We do not charge any fee for cancelling orders before dispatch.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

        Full refund will be processed for cancelled orders

        Refund will be credited to your original payment method

        Refund processing time: 5-7 business days

        For COD orders, no refund is required as no payment was made

 

Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Your Options After Dispatch

If you no longer want the order after it has been shipped, you have two options:

Option 1: Refuse Delivery

        You may refuse to accept the delivery when the courier arrives

        The package will be returned to us

        Full refund will be processed after we receive the returned package

        Refund timeline: 7-10 business days after package is returned to us

Option 2: Accept and Return

        Accept the delivery and initiate a return as per our Refund Policy

        7-day return window applies from date of delivery

        Unboxing video is mandatory for return eligibility

        Product must be unused and in original packaging

Order Already Shipped? Check Status First

Before requesting cancellation, please check your email for dispatch confirmation. If you've received a tracking number, your order is already on its way and cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by ReliefHands

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to:

        Product out of stock or discontinued

        Pricing or description error on the website

        Unable to deliver to your location

        Suspected fraudulent order

        Payment failure or verification issues

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed immediately.

Partial Cancellation

If you ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only some:

        Contact us before dispatch with details of items to cancel

        We will adjust your order and refund the cancelled items

        If order is already packed, partial cancellation may not be possible
