        All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation

        Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Attempts

        Our shipping partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts

        If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us

Undelivered/Returned Shipments

        Incorrect or incomplete address

        Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

        Recipient refuses delivery

Damaged Packages

        If accepted, record an unboxing video immediately
