Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.
• COD is available at most serviceable locations
• Some products may have a small COD handling fee (mentioned on the product page)
• COD availability may vary by pin code
Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Attempts

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us

Undelivered/Returned Shipments

• Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
• Recipient refuses delivery

Damaged Packages

• If accepted, record an unboxing video immediately
