Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Conditions for Return/Refund

We accept returns and process refunds under the following circumstances:

        Product is damaged during transit

        Product received is defective or not working

        Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)

        Product is significantly different from what was shown or described on our website

        Parts or accessories are missing from the package

Important Requirement: Unboxing Video

Mandatory: To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide an unboxing video of the product. This video should clearly show the package condition and the product as you open it for the first time. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return/refund request.

Conditions for Return

The product must be:

        Unused and in its original condition

        In the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

        Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt

        Supported by an unboxing video as proof

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

        Products that have been used or show signs of use

        Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

        Products without unboxing video proof

        Products returned after the 7-day return window

Exchange Option

We offer exchanges for eligible returns. If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please let us know when initiating your return request.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns, ReliefHands will cover the return shipping cost. Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

        Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

        Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

        For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (you'll need to provide bank details)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange request:

        Email us at support@reliefhands.in with your order number

        Attach your unboxing video and photos of the issue

        Describe the problem in detail

        Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions

Warranty Claims

Warranty information and coverage details are specified on individual product pages. Warranty claims are separate from the return policy and may have different terms.
