Warranty Period
All ReliefHands products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Malfunctioning motors, heating elements, or electronic components
• Defects that affect the normal operation of the product
• Issues arising from normal, intended use of the product
What's NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or accidents
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear (straps, padding, outer fabric)
• Damage caused by exposure to water, extreme heat, or moisture (unless product is waterproof)
• Damage caused by using incorrect voltage or power adapters
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents that don't affect functionality
• Products used for commercial purposes (unless specified)
• Damage caused by not following product instructions
Proof of Purchase
To claim warranty, you must provide:
• Order confirmation email OR original invoice
• Order number
• Date of purchase
Important: Please retain your order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase. No product registration is required.
How to Claim Warranty
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@reliefhands.in with:
• Your order number and date of purchase
• Detailed description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the defect/problem
• Your contact number
Step 2: Evaluation
Our support team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours. We may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps to diagnose the issue.
Step 3: Ship the Product
If your claim is approved:
• You will need to ship the defective product to our service address
• Shipping cost for sending the product to us is borne by the customer
• Please pack the product securely to avoid transit damage
• Include a copy of your invoice and a note describing the issue
Step 4: Repair or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the product:
• If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost
• Repaired/replacement products will be shipped back to you free of charge
• Processing time: 7-14 business days from receipt of the defective product
Warranty Decisions
ReliefHands reserves the right to:
• Determine whether a defect is covered under warranty
• Choose to repair or replace the product at our discretion
• Provide a refurbished unit as replacement if identical product is unavailable
• Offer store credit or refund if repair/replacement is not possible
